Hedgehog in my garden Empty Hedgehog in my garden

I'm so excited! I've just seen a healthy hedgehog right outside my door! I was sitting outside two nights ago and saw one run under my car. By the time I found some dog food for it, it had decided to run off. Then tonight I took the food outside to put out again in the vain hope it may return, and it made me jump as it was hiding behind a big flower pot just 2 metres away from me! It obviously knew I was coming. Grin It munched up the dog food very happily but ran away again as I carefully and slowly put down some water. Obviously a brave one as there was no scrunching up - he just upped and ran!

Thats brilliant to hear!

Very lucky too. It may have came out due to the warm weather we have had recently, and may be hungry. So great job and well done.

Bethany.

Hedgehog in my garden Empty He's still about.

Better still, he's still about. happy He's been munching up the dog food nightly, and tonight, as I drew up in my car, I saw him again on my front lawn. Last night, as I was a little later putting out the food, he was eating the bird seed on the ground instead. I'd love to know where he is sleeping at night but would hate to disturb. Stop

Good to hear it's still about, Scooby is still deeply hibernating.
