Tiggy The Hedgehog
I have not posted about Tiggy the Hedgehog yet.
Well, she is a female that we have had for quite some time now. For about 8 months or so. She cannot be released because she was attacked by a dog. The dog grabbed her in its mouth and shook her everywhere, I surprised she made it. The dog blinded her in one eye and left her perminantly damaged. You can still see the scars.
So, she is still with us. We had a worry at one point, about three months ago she refused to eat. We did not know what it was, and we still dont. We tried her on every food we could. She would only eat a but of cat meat, just a tiny bit, then curl up. Then suddenly after putting Asda brand cat meat in, she finally decided to eat, although it was still in small amounts.
She now weighs 734g. And still going strong.....touchwood.
More later....

Re: Tiggy The Hedgehog
Thanks all.
She is still putting on weight, I might take her inside for Winter, because she is still a bit unwell. However, she needs the expirience of Hibernation and she is also a very big Hog now, so I'll have to see.
