Number 4! (Horace)

Horace is the same, no better.

He sniffs and has a tiny nibble of whatever food I put in but that's abut it.
He does drink water.
He has been on Baytril since Saturday, 0.05ml twice daily which was upped by the vet to 0.1 twice daily yesterday.
Back to the vet next Tuesday.
He is on day 5 of Panacur - he had it on his food for a few days but I doubt he was getting much of it so I know give it orally via syringe.
No weight on, either no change or a loss.
I have had him 10 days.

Poor little Horace, but it sounds as though he is being very well cared for by you.

Sadly Horace has died.

I knew late last night he was worse, then this morning I struggled to get his antibiotics is, his jaw was clamped shut. I knew then he wouldn't last long.

I have now discovered a lump in his neck so maybe there was far more going on than either me or the 2 vets that saw him realised.

Trish, I'm very sorry.

So many have been lost. It is such a shame.
