Out of hibenation
Finally food as been eaten in the outside pen where the 4 brothers were put out for hibernation. All 4 have survived although they look like babies at the moment as one was just over 500g when he went down now he weighs only 380g but eating well. So soon I will be getting ready to release all seven of mine, just wish I had some girls, if anybody wants to swap I will love to have some girls for my boys. Dont know what to do with the one as he loves to watch the TV on the misses lap, there going to be tears when he goes, will be trying to make some hutches this weekend and be better prepared for when it starts again.
Re: Out of hibenation
It is such a sad time when you have to say goodbye to the Hedgehogs.
When I released Snuffles I was really sad, because he always made me smile with his funny behaviour.
Nice to hear the Hogs are out of hibernation, It'll soon be Spring, and then we'll have some fun!!
Bethany.
