To Build or Buy?

Just wanted people opinions on this:

Should I build or buy a Hedgehog House?
Buying one would cost money, but it would be easy. Buildling one out of recycled wood would be great- but it wont be easy.

What's your opinion on this?

It depends.
Hedgehog houses are not too much, many around £20 +
If it was me, I would build one. I've got plenty of wood and I, don't mind getting a bash on the finger. Anyone can build one.
Visit the 'Attract Hedgehogs' page on my website and get measurements for Hedgehog houses. It took me ages to construct that webpage! Shocked

If you are able to, build one yourself.

Many of the shop ones are fine, but some if you do your own you will probably be able to have a better one! Grin

Some of the ones they sell can be rubbish. For instance 'the dome' Hedgehog house- far too small. Some don't even have a maze or entrance tunnel.

Build !!! The ones you buy are usually made of cheap materials and overpriced . You can make very easy with basic skills .
Plus when you have done it you can admire it for years to come ! Cool
