The Haven is done!!
The Hedgehog Haven is the name for my hedgehog rescue.
My shed has recently just been a big 'hedgehog things' cupboard as it was too chilly to have the hedgehogs in there.
My heater arrived in the week, and was wired in yesterday. I completed the insulation this morning, and then spent time moving all the things I had indoors in and having a sort out.
The two hedgies I have, Edie and Scooby, moved in at 2.30pm, I left them alone quietly and have just been up to put their food in.
Hope they will be happy in there!
Now they are out of the smaller plastic boxes I now have room for any new ones I might get.

Re: The Haven is done!!
Their first night must have been noisy - Scooby totally trashed his cage! His 2 ceramic dishes were down the other end and upside down, I can only imagine how he did it! I had to do a total change of everything for him! He was still up being nosey at 12 when I eventually got up there.
He lost 50g overnight, no surprise really as he clearly used up lots of energy, his food was all gone though.
Edie has kept hers much tidier, her food/water dishes were empty and where I put them last night, I only changed the newspaper at the front of her cage, she was fast asleep in her bed at the back, so I haven't weighed her today, first time I haven't since I got her.
