Topic Reply Notifications

If you, like me, are recieving multiple messages in your inbox about 'Topic Reply Notifications', then there is a way to stop this from clogging up your inbox.
When ever you make a topic or reply to one, before you send your message scroll down a bit from the 'Preview' and 'Send' buttons, and go to the first brown box.
You will see a list that reads:
Disable HTML in this post
Disable BBCode in this post
Disable Smilies in this post
Attach signature (signatures can be changed in profile)
Notify me when a reply is posted - 5th one down, take the green tick off of it.
That is how to stop these annoying messages.
